I had a mixed experience at Udman Hotels And Resorts. While the location was excellent and the staff were generally very good, I encountered a serious issue with cleanliness in one of the rooms. The breakfast had its ups and downs, but overall, I appreciated the hospitality from the staff.

I first stayed in a room that had a rat, which was alarming (definitely not what I'd expect!). But after being moved to a different room, the experience improved significantly. The second room was much cleaner and had better maintenance with a cover on the bathroom drain.

The staff were very professional and attentive, making sure my needs were met (they even delivered breakfast to my room when I was feeling unwell). However, there was a bit of a mix-up when the server assumed my change was a tip instead of returning it to me.
